Aren't we brothers?

We are Muslims. We are brothers

Yesterday, while having dinner, a friend came and sat we me. She is a Chinese girl.

She: Zizah, you look kind of different these few days. Are you having any problems? Wanna              share?

I looked at her and asked back :

Me: Really? Hahaha. and what make you think that I've any problems rigt now? Is it something I said or do? Or do I look sad?
She: No. Not really. You smiled, laughed and cheers up like everything was fine but somehow I can see you were bothered by something. Am I right?
Me: Hahaha. You know what? You such a good friend, and i'am really grateful to have you as my friend. I really really do.
She: Zizah, you don't have to pretend that that you are alright when you are not. You don't have to fake a smile when you are sad. It will hurt you inside you know.
Me: xxx, I did'nt try to pretend or anything . I just try to do what my prophet taught me. To be strong no matter how hard things seems to be. To held my head high. To keep standing, even though sometimes standing is not easy. And most important thing is to keep believing and have faith. That what I was trying to do.
She: Hmm ok. Keep on trying then. I know you can get over it. What ever it is.
Me: xxx, Life is not a bed of roses. Sometimes we get hurt, sometimes we hurt others. Obstacles and problems may look bitter but eventually we will learn something from it. God will never test us with anything that is beyond our capability. HE test us so that we'll be more grateful for what we have. So that we can learn to be a better person. Don't worry, InsyaALLAH, everything going to be fine for me. And I hope same goes to you.
********

She is a Chinese. Buddhist I think. But she the one who asked me do I have any problems? The one who bother to sit down and ask. At that time, what I was thinking was, where is my Muslim sisters?

Its not that I want someone to ask me if I'am ok or not every single day. It just that aren't we brothers? Didn't we suppose to take care and concern about each other?

A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down upon him. The piety is here, (and while saying so) he pointed towards his chest thrice. It is a serious evil for a Muslim that he should look down upon his brother Muslim. All things of a Muslim are inviolable for his brother in faith; his blood, his wealth and his honor. Sahih Muslim Book 31, Number 6219.

Sometimes, we tried so hard to do Dakwah and stuff but we forget about this small little thing called 'UKHWAH'. Brotherhood.

Its so sad to see how Muslims can let their brothers to fall but didn't even bothered to catch them. Oh Muslims, we are brothers, We are sisters. Why don't we keep it that? The way of Rasulullah and his companions.

Right now our brothers and sisters around the world were killed and tortured just because they are Muslim. Syria, Palestine, Pakistan, etc. Please pray for them. Please. No matter how far they are from us, still they are our brothers and sisters.
